- Orders ship same-day to two business days from the time the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the items description. Delays may be caused by Special Events or Holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
- Transit times vary, but most orders ground shipped within the Domestic United States will arrive within 2-8 business days.
- Any order outside of the Domestic United States may add an extra week to this timeline due to customs and carry-over delays.
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS or UPS tracking number attached. You can go to USPS.com or UPS.com to track this package further.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE, AND WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are: unwashed and in the original condition you received them.\
For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage.
For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is unfortunately not provided.
Please review our web site for style and size availability with regard to exchanges. All clothing or denim returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. All denim returns/exchanges must have all sewn hang tags still attached. All sales are final for any pre-orders or sale items. You will be notified via email once we have received, processed, and approved your return. Refunds are processed once returns are approved. Orders placed with gift cards will be refunded with store credit. If you are requesting an exchange and would like your new order shipped to an address other than your original shipping address, please include this when you contact us.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING TOTAL DETERMINED FOR AN ORDER WITHIN THE DOMESTIC UNITED STATES?
Standard tracked ground shipping is free. All orders leave our warehouse via USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted. We do charge more for expedited rates, but we do our best to take care of as much of those price increases as possible to help you get your order as quickly as possible if you need it sooner than typical ground shipping. You can view your total cost of shipping in your cart before purchasing to see the exact amount you will be charged and to help you to decide which shipping method is best for you. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is a fixed price at $40 You can view shipping charges in your cart prior to making any purchase.
Please note that each countries customs and import charges will vary and that the purchaser is responsible to pay these post purchase to their local governments. This charge is not in any way related to Ezekiel nor can it be calculated by Ezekiel.
We only accept credit card payments only for the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Western Europe, Northern Europe, and Australia.
All other countries require payment via PayPal. We'd like to make it easy to check out from anywhere, but due to a high-volume of fraudulent activity we've had to tighten our payment requirements.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A CUSTOMS CHARGE TO RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL/OVER-SEAS PACKAGE? WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS WHEN I ALREADY PAID SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
Yes, the purchaser is responsible to pay any and all customs and duties imposed by your country after your package has shipped from the US. Each countries customs and import charges will vary and the purchaser is responsible to pay these post purchase to their local governments. This charge is not in any way related to Ezekiel nor can it be calculated by Ezekiel. This is why no taxes are collected on items being shipped abroad.
I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD BUT I REALLY WANT TO BUY SOMETHING. DO YOU GUYS ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?
We do! We accept PayPal as a valid form of payment. (Please note that NON-instant Pay Pal payments may take 2-7 days to clear).
I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
Simply contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery. If we are not able to change the size/style before it is shipped, you will have to contact Ezekiel customer service and we'll work with you to sort out correct shipping/returns.
I JUST RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PLACE MY ORDER. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
This error generally occurs when the information you are placing under the billing information section of this order does not exactly match the information that would be on your credit card billing statement. Although there may be "pending" charges in your account. You will NOT be charged for these. It may take anywhere between 2-10 days for these attempted charged to clear depending on how quickly your bank releases the funds.

Promotional coupon codes can be entered at the checkout screen. Please note coupon codes will not work for any pre-orders, special event items, or if noted on the items description.
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN? HOW WILL THEY FIT?
You can check out our size chart on each product page. Please note that the measurements we give in our size chart may have a variance of about an inch. The description on the detail page of each shirt in our store will indicate which type of shirt that particular design is printed on. Generally, you may experience some small amounts of shrinkage in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton-poly materials.
IS YOUR WEB SITE SECURE?
Ezekiel takes security issues very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information. Further, all credit card processing is handled by a third party, Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
